30 Days of Photoshop: Day 4

The Healing Brush Tool

After yesterday’s Spot Healing Brush… today we look at the Healing Brush Tool.

Just like the Spot Healing Brush, the Healing Brush Tool is one of the key weapons that Photoshop uses for cloning & healing.

Between the two options, most professional photographers tend to prefer this tool because it gives you much better control over your work. You get to choose where to sample your cloning pixels from, rather than letting the software do it for you.

Mastery over the Healing Brush Tool is as easy as it is essential for your work. Once you’ve watched this video, practice on your own photos until you feel you’ve really mastered the techniques.
